As Consultant, People Change Management, you will support the planning and execution of people-focused change activities that help employees adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Program & Portfolio Management, and working closely with the Senior Consultant, People Change Management, you’ll collaborate with project delivery teams and partners to support change initiatives. This includes delivering stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, tailored communications, training frameworks, and sustainment plans that drive measurable adoption and outcomes. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How You’ll Succeed Change planning and integration: Support initial PCM assessments and integrate PCM activities into project plans and timelines. Maintain stakeholder registries, roles and responsibilities, and communications calendars. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives. Communications: Draft clear, targeted messaging and create enterprise-branded materials (emails, job aids, slideware). Coordinate reviews, approvals, and delivery through enterprise channels. Training and Enablement: Identify training needs by audience; develop or coordinate learning artifacts and partner with training teams for execution. Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the progress of change initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary. Sustainment and adoption: Implement reinforcement tactics, leader toolkits, and transition plans; monitor adoption metrics and feedback. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to managers and teams in navigating change processes. Who You Are You can demonstrate 2+ years of experience in change management, communications, training, or project delivery; experience in technology/cybersecurity and/or financial services is an asset. Methodology. Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and enterprise project delivery methods; Prosci certification is an asset. You're driven by collective success.
