What you’ll accomplish with us As a Representative Integration Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Guide new representatives throughout the integration process by assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions; Prepare and coordinate required documentation, ensuring compliance and registration with regulatory authorities; Monitor timelines, organize follow-up meetings, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders; Use digital tools (Office 365, SharePoint) to document steps, share information, and optimize processes; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide mentorship to new team members. What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Holds a university degree in administration or a related field; Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; Is recognized for strong interpersonal skills, the ability to explain complex information, organizational rigor, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and analytical thinking; Possesses advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily interactions with French-speaking colleagues and advisors; Possesses advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily interactions with English-speaking colleagues and advisors; Is proficient with digital tools (Office 365, SharePoint) and has solid knowledge of financial products; CFIC certification and familiarity with Lean/Agile practices are strong assets.
