Compensation & Perks $20,000+ signing bonus with a two-year contract PEBC fees paid (for new grads) Annual licence + liability insurance paid Competitive wages: $70+/hour RRSP matching up to 3% Funding for CE, conferences, and additional certifications Store discount Moving expenses, living allowance, or accommodation negotiable Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Practice Provide prescription and OTC counselling Ensure accurate dispensing and compliance with all regulatory/standards requirements Deliver full-scope professional services Collaborate with other health-care providers to support patient care Workflow & Inventory Maintain dispensary security and patient confidentiality Manage workflow queues, documentation, and will-call bins Monitor inventory, expired product, and ordering Adhere to all controlled-substance regulations Operations Maintain professional, organized work areas Review/action store communications File medication or privacy incident reports Qualifications Strong clinical judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving Leadership and coaching abilities Excellent communication and customer service Comfortable with pharmacy software and technology Commitment to ongoing education and Health & Safety standards Why work in a Shoppers Drug Mart store?
