Surveiller les indicateurs de performance de la qualité industrielle définis en fonction des objectifs et prendre les mesures appropriées. Diriger des programmes visant à prévenir les problèmes des clients résultant du processus de fabrication. Diriger des programmes d'amélioration pour atteindre et contrôler les objectifs en matière de coût de la qualité et de coût de la non-qualité. Expertise en matière d'excellence de la qualité industrielle. Capacité à comprendre en profondeur les systèmes de gestion de la qualité et les exigences réglementaires. Compréhension approfondie des outils/processus/capacités. Capacité à influencer l'organisation et à construire des relations de confiance (parties prenantes internes/externes) Aise à collaborer avec des collègues opérationnels et habilités à communiquer avec impact puis favorise l'excellence opérationnelle et met au défi l'entreprise de conduire le changement avec efficacité. Modélise les valeurs de la qualité et a une approche démontrée des processus, avec une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Industrial Quality Manager in Boisbriand with Signify. Monitor defined industrial quality performance indicators against objectives and take appropriate action. Lead programs to prevent customer issues arising from the manufacturing process. Lead improvement programs to achieve and control targets for the cost of quality and the cost of non-quality. Ensure that adequate standards are defined and met. Implement standardized processes for industrial quality. Promote the "Right First Time" and "Zero Defect" approaches. More about you While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related technical field, along with 10 years of experience in quality management within the electronics, assembly, or manufacturing industries. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification or DfSS/DMAIC Green Belt/Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing is an asset with a working knowledge of key quality tools such as PPAP, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC. Working knowledge of global consumer product regulations and requirements, as well as ISO9001 or comparable standards. Expertise in industrial quality excellence. Ability to thoroughly understand quality management systems and regulatory requirements with a thorough understanding of tools/processes/capabilities. Ability to influence the organization and build trusting relationships (internal/external stakeholders) Comfortable collaborating with operational colleagues and empowered to communicate effectively with a drive for operational excellence and challenges the company to drive change effectively.
