Reporting to the Senior Compensation and Benefits Officer, the Compensation and Benefits Officer provides a wide range of compensation and benefit advisory and processing services to the employees and managers of the Government of Nunavut (GN), provides information and expert procedural direction on compensation and benefit entitlements during orientation sessions, on initial hire, during day-to-day transactions and on termination.
