Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + bonus potential

We are hiring a District Manager in the Calgary area to lead field teams, manage retail execution, and build strong client and retailer relationships. This role is 70% remote and 30% in-field.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and support field merchandisers and sales reps
Oversee store visits, audits, and program execution
Build strong relationships with clients and retailers
Monitor metrics, provide coaching, and ensure reporting accuracy
Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and team performance
Resolve operational issues and ensure flawless execution
Cost control and budget management
What You Bring
Relevant post-secondary degree (Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field)
3+ years experience in retail, merchandising, or field management at the district/multi-site level
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel to V-Lookup & pivot table level)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
