Description This Bilingual Customer Service Representative\Order Desk Position Features:

Immediate need for bilingual CSR\order desk seeking
Location- Alliston
Shift- Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
Salary- $50,000-$60,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities: - Provide customer support and address customer concerns
- Advising customers of shipping dates or orders ready for pick up
- Translate French email correspondence, website and company product and service information
- Update ERP with information regarding orders
- Order entry, pricing, quotes, invoices, and tracking orders
- Scheduling logistics to include administrating the bill of landings, proof of delivery and customer documentation
- Communicate inventory issues with customer service
- Work with various departments to ensure orders are released and materials ordered
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in a scheduling and customer service capacity
- Must have high volume order entry experience
- Good math skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Fluent in English and French - both written and verbal
