About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on operator to work directly with the CEO as their right hand. This role is deeply embedded in the day-to-day workings of the business and focuses on turning priorities into action across teams and initiatives.
You will operate at the center of the company, ensuring alignment, momentum, and follow-through on the CEO’s priorities while supporting critical projects that move the business forward.
What You’ll Do
Act as the CEO’s operational partner across day-to-day execution and special initiatives
Take ownership of high-impact, cross-functional projects from idea to completion
Drive execution across teams with clarity and urgency
Build internal playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms that support scale
Support leadership priorities through coordination, communication, and follow-through
Travel frequently to support operations, projects, and leadership needs

Requirements
Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive teams
Strong execution and project ownership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Clear, direct communicator who values action and follow-through
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
