What You’ll Do:
Guide customers through high-impact conversations that uncover their needs and match them with the ideal medium & heavy-duty truck solutions, becoming their go-to expert, they trust.
Drive sales excellence by developing qualified buyers, booking meaningful appointments, and confidently closing deals that benefit both the customer and the business.
Champion the customer journey by organizing seamless delivery processes, proactively following up, and ensuring every customer feels valued long after they drive away.
Strengthen our market position by monitoring competitor activity, spotting opportunities early, and sharing insights that fuel smarter decisions.
Represent our brand with professionalism - responding to calls, greeting customers promptly, and communicating clearly to support operational flow.
What You’ll Bring:
