The Granite Club is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist for approximately sixteen months, beginning in March 2026. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and collaborate closely with leadership teams to deliver innovative HR solutions that drive engagement, performance, and well-being. You’ll play a key role in performance management, health & safety, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and change management.
Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert in HRIS (Dayforce), leading module launches and system upgrades to enhance the overall employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and processes
Coach managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations
Lead HRIS (Dayforce) implementations, training, and data integrity
Support annual HR processes: Workforce Planning, Performance, Compensation Management, Pension Education, HR Analytics and Benefits Management
Support Health & Safety initiatives, including WSIB claims and accommodation plan management.
Collaborate with leadership on employee engagement programs
Required Qualifications
Over two years of progressive, supervisory HR experience or 4+ years in hospitality
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
Fast learner with proficiency in comparable HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) and MS Office
Strong communication and influencing skills
Previous experience in a unionized environment and hospitality industry is an asset
