responsible for the troubleshooting, through advanced problem solving by using
of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, operational or process
problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately in different kinds of

it one step further and apply! What you will be doing Advanced repairs and
inspections of products and equipment of different kind at customer site or own
premises. Report and document results after above actions. Responsible for plan,
conduct and maintain tools and equipment for service work. Support the
customer’s product/equipment/processes by suggesting possible improvements to
more advanced technical solutions and products. Take into consideration energy
efficiency, environmental impact and maintenance costs when giving customer
support. Provide advanced technical support and advice to the sales team.
Ability to produce positive results in sales-client interventions. Guide and
train colleagues in service methods and tools. Share own knowledge to enable
colleagues to expand their knowledge. Onsite support (Service- and maintenance
activities, fault finding, operator training) SW & HW updates at the machine.
Technical support of sales area and end customer training. Required Skills Deep
knowledge of the tasks, tools and procedures associated with providing technical
support to the sales team and customers Diagnose with the system “Diagnostic
Manager” (B&R) Tele Remote (Training with test jig in the E-Center)
Visualisation, HMI Set up new flash card (B&R) Transfer new data files to PLC
Radial Laser System – First Pass (Richter Wolfgang) GPR System – Second Pass,
GEO, SEAM System Cutting Profile Adjustment / Alignment Knowledge / basics of
PLC programming (it is an advantage) Several years of practical experience
(electric installation, commissioning, troubleshooting etc.) Leading activities
and responsible of workflow-procedures for different projects Team player,
ability to withstand stress, solution-oriented, operating principle
professional, and confident manner. Opened mind in dealing with the customers.
What you will bring along Mechanic / Electric specialist is preferred
Electric/Electronic (Switchboards/panels, low voltage application, Sensoric- and
Actoric, PLC Sytems design & function) Implementation of technical solutions,
carry out of improvements suggestions and optimizations activities. Customer
focused, effective way of working. Excellent proficiency in reading electrical
schematics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy
(MS Office). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to local mine
sites and across Western Canada as required. Ability and willingness to work
varied shifts (as required) Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Candidates must be open to traveling for training as part of the role. The
training may take place in Europe and last up to six months. The candidate
should have experience working with underground mining equipment, with a
particular preference for expertise in mechanical cutting products used in
