Technical studies, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in technical/consultative selling, project/program management, delivery or account management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience. Sales & Customer Engagement: Presales, Sales Process, Sales Prospecting, Customer Delivery Management, Request for Proposal (RFP) Advanced knowledge of Excel Cloud Familiarity: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and related services such as cloud computing. Software Solutions: Knowledge of enterprise applications, SaaS models, APIs, and data integration processes (ETL).
