This role ensures each patient has the information they need for a smooth, stress-free appointment experience. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing patient flow, and handling inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Wednesday 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
Thursday 8:00 am - 4:15 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 4:15 pm
One Saturday/ Month 9:00 - 4:15 pm

What you’ll do:
Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies
Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service
What you’ll bring to the role:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental clinic
Experience with Cleardent and Maxassist is considered an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and positive patient experiences
A friendly, professional demeanour with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems; training on scheduling software will be provided
