Regional Sales Manager, Greater Toronto Area, ON

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the industrial distribution network and developing the existing network
Prospecting and developing new customer accounts by building strong, trust-based relationships with distributors
Understanding the various applications of our products and training sales representatives in order to support distributors in the field
Answering technical questions from distributors and end users and guiding them toward the best solutions
Taking part in events, trade shows, and training sessions to strengthen brand visibility
Conducting active competitive intelligence, producing monthly reports, and following a structured sales development plan
Profil
Skills and qualifications required:
Experience in managing a distribution network (minimum 2 years)
Proven experience in business development and sales to industrial customers
Technical knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanics, hydraulics, or pneumatics
Ability to be a strong brand ambassador and a trusted technical resource for customers/distributors
Autonomous, well-organized profile who enjoys working independently
Proactive, persistent, and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent command of the English language
Knowledge of French (an asset)
