ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Outbound Business Development Representative is responsible for
driving strategic pipeline generation through advanced outbound prospecting and
partner ecosystem engagement.
This role is designed for a proven hunter who excels at navigating complex
enterprise organizations, engaging senior stakeholders, and creating
high-quality opportunities from scratch. The position plays a key role in
shaping go-to-market strategy, mentoring junior team members, and driving
consistent pipeline impact in competitive markets.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD 70,000 – 100,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OUTBOUND PROSPECTING & PIPELINE GENERATION

Identify and qualify target enterprise accounts through focused research and
outbound outreach

Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies including:

Personalize messaging by:

Leverage intent data, account engagement signals, and partner insights to
optimize outreach timing
ENTERPRISE & PARTNER ENGAGEMENT

Build relationships within complex enterprise accounts using multi-threaded
outreach

Proactively engage partner sellers to identify and develop joint
opportunities

Coordinate co-selling activities including:

Warm introductions

Overlapping accounts

Shared target prospects
SALES ALIGNMENT & EXECUTION
MARKET INTELLIGENCE & FEEDBACK

Provide actionable insights to Marketing on:

Maintain accurate activity tracking, insights, and qualification notes in CRM

LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

Lead strategic outbound initiatives for priority accounts and segments

Mentor and support junior BDRs through best practices and execution guidance

Contribute to go-to-market strategy development and outbound optimization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or
equivalent experience
-
3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or
outbound sales roles
-
Proven ability to engage senior and executive-level stakeholders
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
High resilience and persistence in quota-driven environments
-
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce

Familiarity with account-based prospecting tools and intent platforms

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools

Exposure to B2B software or enterprise technology sales
