ROLE OVERVIEW
The Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for
managing and qualifying all inbound demand across marketing campaigns, website
inquiries, webinars, events, and partner referrals.
This role is ideal for an early-career sales or marketing professional who
enjoys engaging prospects early in the buyer journey, thrives in fast-paced
environments, and takes pride in delivering a strong first-touch experience. The
role plays a critical part in ensuring inbound demand converts into high-quality
sales opportunities and measurable pipeline impact.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD 50,000 – 75,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
INBOUND LEAD MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UP

Respond quickly to inbound demo requests, website form submissions, and
high-intent leads
-
Execute structured 24–48 hour follow-up for:

Maintain strict SLA discipline for all marketing-driven follow-up
QUALIFICATION & DISCOVERY

Qualify inbound prospects using ICP criteria and structured discovery
techniques

Personalize outreach based on:
-
Assess fit, interest, urgency, and readiness for sales engagement
SALES ALIGNMENT & PIPELINE CONTRIBUTION
MARKET INSIGHTS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Develop a strong understanding of:

Provide actionable insights to Marketing on:

Messaging effectiveness

Persona behavior
-
Campaign performance

Maintain accurate documentation of activities, insights, and qualification
notes in CRM systems
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Continuously improve industry knowledge and outbound/inbound sales skills

Participate in training, enablement sessions, and knowledge-sharing
initiatives

Attend industry events and conferences as needed to support pipeline
generation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Up to 2 years of experience in:

Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior personas

High level of organization and attention to detail

Resilience and persistence in goal-driven environments

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM tools, or intent platforms

Exposure to B2B software or enterprise technology environments
