We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our client’s team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive restaurant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and present menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns politely
Process payments and handle POS systems
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred (training can be provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Timing: 11:30 AM to 05:30 PM. Weekdays (If needed)- The job however is 5 days a week.
