JOB SUMMARY
To function as the primary contact of customers/ dealers through close coordination with relevant Neovia departments and other entities in order to ensure desired results are delivered
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains constant communication with dealers, Neovia departments, and client in order to ensure orders are delivered to customers as per agreed service level agreements
Handles customer emails by responding within the agreed allotted time
Manage calls by aiming first – call resolution, otherwise, issues raised are resolved within the agreed specific period
Utilizes different systems through data entry and relevant information download to ensure updated and accurate data source for client, dealers, and Neovia users.
Ensures smooth handling of different types of customer orders by processing them from order drop until order delivery confirmation
Generates reports as required by client or management
Handles claims raised by customers through investigation and coordination with relevant parties while ensuring applicable policies or standards are adhered to
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school or Associate’s Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.
1-3 years' relevant experience.
Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.
Warehouse experience.
Logistics experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.

Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas.
Working knowledge of computerized applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email).
