Community First Solutions is seeking Dining Room Servers to join our teams at our senior living and healthcare communities located in Hamilton, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, resident-centered dining experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and providing friendly, compassionate service that makes residents feel valued and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections with older adults, thrives in a hospitality-driven setting, and takes pride in making every meal a positive experience.
Pay: $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening

Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
