You’ll be the internal HCM/WFM configuration expert, translating evolving business needs into scalable, welldocumented configuration across scheduling, time & attendance, timeoff, and other workflows. You will improve visibility to labour management, simplify manager workflows, and strengthen data quality and compliance of our current state.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain scheduling, timekeeping, timeoff/accruals, and pay rules/premiums to support operational needs and compliance.
Design and optimize workflows/forms and approval routing (e.g., status changes, requests), with appropriate audit trails.
Define and manage roles/permissions and security profiles to ensure consistent access for managers and staff.
Establish and maintain master data standards (jobs, positions, skills, locations) to enable accurate rules and reporting.
Create and iterate on operational dashboards (e.g., schedule variance, exception/readiness, labor metrics) using available reporting tools.
Coordinate data flows/integrations (imports/exports/APIs) with HRIS/Payroll/Practice systems; ensure reliable scheduling and time data.
Document configuration decisions, change logs, and release notes; avoid clinic disruption through sensible change windows.
Run a configuration intake and prioritization process (e.g., RICE/impact scoring), with weekly/biweekly cadence and clear SLAs.
Lead testing and validation (use cases, edge cases, regression), and partner with Payroll/HR/IT on crossfunctional changes.
Produce quick reference guides and taskbased training for managers; support adoption and reduce tickets.
Provide Tier2 support for WFM configuration issues; track trends and propose preventive fixes.
