What you will accomplish with us As a Senior Risk Management Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Lead the evolution of the risk management framework and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements; Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and monitor progress across business units; Recommend and integrate AI-based solutions to improve risk detection, analysis, and prediction; Produce complex analyses and strategic reports to support team decision-making; Develop, maintain, and test the business continuity plan to ensure organizational resilience. What will accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field; Has 5 to 7 years of experience in risk management, ideally in the financial services sector; Is recognized for deep expertise in operational and regulatory risk management; Demonstrates strong proficiency with analytical tools (Power BI, SQL, AI) and data governance practices; Possesses solid leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment; Is known for adaptability, autonomy, and curiosity; Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires writing strategic reports and collaborating regularly with English-speaking external partners.
