What You’ll Do: Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through offer acceptance Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements Orchestrate a seamless interview process, coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and extending offers Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system Support new hire documentation and help create welcoming onboarding experiences Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and refining recruitment processes Contribute to broader HR initiatives as needed What You Bring: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least five years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing environments Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint CHRP designation or actively pursuing certification an asset Raytheon ELCAN offers a competitive compensation package that includes incentive program, benefits, and pension plan.
