About the Role
Macleod Trail Toyota is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales BDC Specialist. This position plays a key role in supporting our sales department by connecting with customers, qualifying leads, and helping them take the next step in their vehicle purchase journey. You will work closely with Product Advisors and Sales Managers to ensure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience.
What You’ll Do
Answer, forward, and screen inbound phone calls in a professional manner
Make outbound contacts to sales leads, internet inquiries, and existing customers
Qualify customer interest and gather vehicle preferences and needs
Set up sales appointments and ensure accurate notes in the CRM
Follow CRM processes, update notes, and complete follow-up tasks
Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly professional and customer first approach in all communications
Provide occasional front desk support, including greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
Meet monthly BDC performance expectations
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Experience in the Automotive industry or customer service is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available for evening shifts and Saturdays
Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated to achieve goals
A willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industry
