Technical Sales Specialist – HVAC Thermostats & Controls

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the success of our products across Canada and the United States.
Position Overview: Based in Toronto, ON, the Technical Sales Specialist will play a key role in promoting, training, and selling the Price Controls product line. This position combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen, requiring an ability to understand complex HVAC systems and effectively communicate their value to customers.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
Promote Price Controls thermostats and control systems to contractors, engineers, end-users, and building owners.
Deliver engaging product training sessions to customers and representatives, highlighting key features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to share customer feedback and support product development.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Technical background or education in mechanical technology, HVAC systems, or building controls.
1–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, thermostats, and control applications.
Proven sales success with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
