We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our Account Management team within the Sales Enablement group. In this role, you will get the chance to work in close collaboration with our go-to-market teams to support leaders to grow assigned accounts through their key strategy and Priority Accounts program. The Accounts Coordinator will be supporting the lead partners and account teams to ensure all sales and relationship management (SRM) activities are organized and completed in a timely and efficient manner in the designated Priority Accounts. This is not a commission-based role. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the growth of Priority Accounts by strengthening account management practices, bringing fresh and creative ideas for business development, and supporting effective collaboration to build and sustain strong client relationships.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As an Accounts Coordinator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist Lead Partners on your assigned accounts in developing and executing overall account strategy for assigned clients
Drive and support account planning process for each assigned client, including client needs assessment, lead identification, relationship mapping, and sales targeting
Organize and manage ongoing business development meetings, maintain the client opportunity pipeline and follow up to ensure actions to be taken
Follow up on business development activities and ensure leads and opportunities are accurately updated in Salesforce
Support execution of client satisfaction processes and surveys for assigned accounts
Champion business development methodology and promote use of sales best practices within assigned clients
Advocate for Salesforce, train staff on its effective use, and provide advice on best practices
Assist in managing proposal (RFP) responses, facilitate bid/no-bid decisions, and ensure completion of win/loss debriefs
Collaborate with the proposal support team on large, strategic opportunities and drive adoption of proposal tools and content repositories
Coordinate with the Marketing team to share client intelligence and support account-specific marketing activities; additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Experience and skills you’ll use to solve
A successful track record in providing effective sales support, and understanding and driving client value propositions
Previous experience with Account Planning and Sales best practices
Previous experience in developing and managing proposals in competitive processes, leveraging best practices and effective propositions to drive an increased win rate
Effective project management and strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Experience with cloud-based technology platforms including Microsoft Suite and Salesforce (or other CRM) an asset
Experience in a sales organization with internal clients and a desire to pursue a career in sales, account management, or pursuit management is preferred
Interest in AI and technology trends, and openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada
