Position Summary
The Beverage Cart Server will provide quality service for Muskoka Bay Resort as well as assisting the Food and Beverage Director and other staff with the day-to-day responsibilities of the department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recognizes and greet all guests and team members.
- Provides exceptional and professional service to our guests and team members.
- Ensures the well-being of our guests and team members by being alert to and reporting potential hazards.
- Provides fun, helpful, friendly service of food and beverage on golf course.
- Follows scheduled route on golf course.
- Receives payment for items, provides change or posts to accounts.
- Side duties as required. Ie: restocking, cleaning and opening/closing inventory.
Skills, AbilitIes, attributes
- Interest and knowledge regarding golf is an asset.
- Computer literate: experience with P.O.S. system.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent listening and creative problem-solving skills.
- Be professional in appearance and approach responsibilities in an organized & energetic manner.
- Must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Smart Serve required.
- Previous experience in guest service in a hospitality field an asset.
