Summary
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service? We’re adding to our team and are looking for a Service Coordinator to support service and rental operations from our Edmonton branch. In this role, you’ll help ensure service and rental requests are handled efficiently while maintaining accurate records and providing timely, professional support to both internal teams and external customers.
This position combines administrative responsibilities, customer interaction, and coordination of equipment and service activities, including rentals. You’ll respond to inquiries by phone and email, coordinate equipment availability (internally or through external partners), assist with basic equipment inspections, support billing activities, and help track inventory levels. Collaboration with Sales, Service, and supplier partners will be essential to delivering a seamless customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to our service business and act as a key point of coordination between customers, internal teams, and vendors. The role also provides administrative support through daily data entry, documentation, and billing assistance for key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service and rental requests, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up
Support the intake, tracking, and return of equipment used in service and rental activities
Monitor equipment availability and assist with inventory tracking
Provide professional, responsive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Prepare quotes and service or rental documentation and collect required customer information
Complete accurate and timely data entry across systems and records
Collaborate cross-functionally to support service and rental opportunities
Assist with daily operational coordination in a fast-paced service environment
Help prioritize customer needs and support scheduling of service resources as required
Support short- and long-term planning by tracking service activity and resource utilization
Assist with invoice preparation and regular billing cycles
Provide general administrative support to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
Previous experience in administration or coordination
Rental industry experience a plus!
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry; familiarity with Salesforce.com is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to providing top-tier customer service
Strong telephone etiquette and customer service mindset
