We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Assembler to join one of our clients in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet making and possess a strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble wooden cabinets according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints for cabinet design and installation
Install cabinets ensuring proper alignment and functionality
Plumb cabinets for proper installation
Restore or repair existing cabinets as needed
Caulk joints to ensure a seamless finish
Estimate construction materials needed for projects
Lay tiles as part of cabinet installations
Basic electrical work related to cabinet installations
Requirements
Experience
Proficiency in using hand tools specific to cabinet making
Experience in blueprint reading for cabinet design and installation
Ability to plumb cabinets accurately during installations
Knowledge of cabinet restoration techniques
Skill in caulking joints for a professional finish
Familiarity with construction estimating for material planning
Experience in tile laying as part of cabinet installations
