Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern with a strong interest in recruitment to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with employer branding. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with recruitment managers/hiring managers and operations to create compelling job postings.
Use diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring a seamless process.
Assist with reference checks, background checks, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS.
Support recruitment initiatives, including event planning and partnership development.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.

Qualifications \& Skills

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Genuine interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
