Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven recommendations to improve culture and people processes and outcomes

About the team

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, human capital consulting, or other relevant business experience
Proven experience as a business partner or in a similar managerial role.
Worked in a fast-paced matrixed environment, navigating and supporting intellectually curious executive-leaders who demand high-performance.
Successfully led culture and transformation programs impacting people, processes, and technology.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to influence and drive alignment across the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
Experience in talent management, including succession planning and leadership development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions, including exemplary excel skills
Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Relevant university degree, CHRP designation or equivalent knowledge/experience
Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset (Quebec based candidates: Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, English is required.)
