What You’ll Do
- Work on one of the fastest growing Consumer Packaged goods teams in Canada, supporting Tim Horton’s continued growth and expansion into new and existing international markets
- Oversee operational plans with 3PL and Distributor partners, including freight, customs, packaging compliance and stickering.
- Support external logistics partners with inventory management and forecasting, identify supply and timeline risks and problem solve potential solutions
- Act as key contact in vendor management, lead recurring vendor supply calls and assist with strategic vendor discussions
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide monthly supply/demand forecasts by market, based on input from Distribution partners for IBP process
- Assist with the tracking and maintenance of inventory levels
- Support with contingency planning for any potential supply disruptions
- Prepare workback schedules to maintain key timelines for successful product launches, and ensure all key steps are taking to ensure products can be received in new market
- Ensure proper tracking and execution of seasonal rotations / listings, packaging transitions, and inventory write offs
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ relevant work experience in supply / demand planning, or procurement with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in supply chain or business
- High level of analytical skill and judgment
- Ability to work across multiple time zones given the nature of International business, which may include early morning or late evening meetings.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel. SAP knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication, planning and time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- History of executing successful collaborations across internal and external teams
- Critical thinking skills with an ability to tackle unique projects with a positive and problem-solving mindset
- Fast learner with ability to establish relationships quickly and manage projects under pressure
