Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer and broker inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and broker inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with company products and policies.
- Be willing to pursue RIBO license.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
