- 8+ years of experience working in the role of a Quality Assurance specialist:o Functional testing o Integration testing o Regression testingo Pre-production/holistic testingo Manual testing
- Solid experience testing on the Salesforce platform:o Public Service Solutiono Omnistudioo Lightning components
- Quality testing
- Experience with COTS applications testing
- Experience working with Jira and Zephyr is an asset
- Strong investigative skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bilingual considered an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex systems, identify issues, and propose innovative solutions.
