The Role
This is a very exciting time to join FullContact as we bring new product features and products that align well with the Enterprise to market.
As a Solution Architect you will be part of a team to work closely with our prospects and customers to craft solutions where identity resolution can enable better relationships between customers and brands, help brands grow the number of customers they have, help brands build loyalty with customers and ultimately measure success. You will be responsible for driving pre and post sale customer engagements including testing, choosing solution mix, and successful deployment of our identity resolution products. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product and engineering and will be considered a resident expert and go-to person related to the use of our products.
Responsibilities:

Assess customer objectives and recommend the best approach to use our products to achieve the desired business outcomes

Lead discovery sessions with prospects and customers

Effectively \& concisely communicate solutions with internal \& external senior executives

Act as the functional subject matter expert of FullContact products

Act as a technical resource to support sales opportunities

Mentor sales representatives and other team members on FullContact products

Collaborate with our product \& engineering team on new product releases and provide voice of the customer feedback to our Product team

Ensure FullContact products are delivered using best practices while adhering to privacy norms

Stay up to date on market trends in technology and current privacy policy

Technical skillset to deliver successful outcomes for customers including usage of our APIs, and scripting experience including but not limited to JavaScript, Python and SQL
Requirements:

8 years of overall MarTech or AdTech experience

4 years' architecting digital marketing solutions

Demonstrated technical skillset

Excellence in written, oral and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to define and present solutions to complex problems

Possess a consulting mindset

Strong empathetic personality

Superior problem solving skills

Strong time management and scoping skills

Experience with CDP \& DSPs

Hands on experience delivering customer-facing solutions
