HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT: THE DETAILS:
- Maintain \& Repair Production Equipment: Perform scheduled maintenance, evaluate equipment condition, diagnose and repair malfunctions, propose and test solutions, and fabricate parts based on drawings
- Communication \& Collaboration: Provide written or verbal reports on equipment status, and receive instructions regarding repair priorities or projects
- Documentation \& Planning: Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours; organize maintenance activities and prioritize workload based on customer requests
- Training \& Knowledge Sharing: Train team members, share best practices for equipment maintenance, and improve operational procedures
- Major Repairs, Projects \& Commissioning: Rebuild and prototype equipment following manufacturer specifications, install and commission new machinery, and fabricate parts using welding, machining, and assembly
