Reporting directly to the Service Director and responsible for technical and management of Partners in the province of Quebec and Atlantic Provinces. The position requires extensive travel (50% - 60%) in Quebec province and Atlantic Provinces. This position will reside in Montreal, QC.
We are looking for: Provide Technical Support to our client Dealer/distributor Supervise and Manage contractors (Kitchen Equipment Service Companies) Phone Support to contractor technicians On-Site Support at customer location when required Technical Training to Contractor companies with annual audits to contractor sites. Monthly review of our client KPI with Service Partners Provide technical training to Service Partners Travel to Quebec and Atlantic provinces to evaluate performance of Service Partners Qualifications: Qualified Candidates will possess: Fully Bilingual.
100% perfect French (Speak, Written, Read) Ideally looking for HVAC, refrigeration, gas utilities companies, heavy equipment, lift truck equipment, restaurant equipment repair companies. Technical Degree / Technical Diploma 2 years Management experience. Ideally looking for Lead Hand, Supervisor or Technician with good attitude and leadership skills (either leading other in sports, non-profits) 5 years of Service Supervisory Minimum.
Excellent customer service skills, sociable able to work in a team, flexible and able to adapt to changes. Travel: Up to 50%. Most in Quebec City and surrounding towns in Montreal.

Able to learn new technical information, able to read wiring diagrams and understand the basics of a gas system. Experience doing technical training for other technicians or vendors. Demonstrate experience in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM Software.
