A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly data centres ranging in value between $100M and $200M in scope
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of the local construction industry and its regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
