Job Description
What You'll Need To Get The Job Done
- Our ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and 10+ years of experience in RF Design, microwave Design, Base station Radio development, radar, or similar. Successful candidates will have the ability to:
- Perform complex design work related to RF and Microwave circuitry
- Provide technical advice and direction to project management and business development
- Research, develop and implement new and innovative design strategies
- Understand and be able to design elements of an RF front end such as filters, LNAs, PAs, PLDROs, PLL's etc.
- Complete component selection and device characterization
- Prepare schematic generation, and supporting layout activities
- Perform radio and board level design and verification
- Trouble shoot and debug hardware issues
- Write specifications, test documentation and reports
- Perform board level system bring-up and integration
