In this role, you will:

Provide excellent customer service to residents by professionally handling questions and complaints as well as providing facility tours;
Performs regular facility walk-through in order to supervise and monitor the pool, change rooms facilities and party room;
Ensures on-going completion of daily cleaning responsibilities;
Ensures on-going maintenance of all facilities by placing service/maintenance calls for broken, damaged, defective items;
Perform water tests and adjusts chemicals in swimming pool as required;
Maintains current qualifications: SFA, CPR-C, WHMIS ;
Enforces all pool rules/regulations and safe practices including ratios and age requirements;
Assists management team to achieve department goals such as maintaining high guests satisfaction scores;
Assist main office with administrative work as require
Continuously pursues cost effective alternatives to improve financial performance in all areas;
Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
