Role Description
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts for the launch of an exciting new luxury label under the KG umbrella, developed in partnership with a prominent fashion creator. As an early-stage hire in a dynamic startup environment, this individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy, laying the foundation for brand growth, and advocating for additional roles and resources as the label expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and successful launch of the luxury label.

Lead creative concepting and development, including brand identity, storytelling, and compelling campaigns that resonate with high-end consumers and leverage the influential reach of our fashion creator partner.

Plan, manage, and optimize digital and traditional marketing activities, including social media, influencer relations, content creation, events, PR, paid advertising, partnerships, and collaborations.

Actively manage day-to-day marketing tasks including content planning and production, social media management, analytics tracking, CRM/email campaigns, website updates, copywriting, and asset coordination.

Oversee external partners and freelancers (e.g., designers, photographers, PR agencies, influencers, etc.), ensuring quality and alignment with brand values and strategic objectives.

Continuously track and analyze key metrics and market insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt tactics accordingly.

Identify resource gaps, proactively building the case for new roles and strategic investments as the brand scales.

Collaborate closely with the founder, top fashion creator partner, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

Serve as a hands-on ambassador for the brand at events, media engagements, and industry opportunities.

Assist with and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives for other initiatives and departments that fall under the Kensington Grey Umbrella
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated experience launching and scaling luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments where wearing multiple hats, self-starting, and adaptability are essential.

Strategic thinker who understands the importance of balancing short-term execution with long-term brand-building initiatives.

Exceptional project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail; capable of independently driving projects from ideation through to execution.

Experience managing external partners and freelancers to successfully produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
