Plans, authorizes and follows up on repair requests via computer-assisted maintenance management software (CMMS);

In collaboration with the procurement department, is responsible for renewing calls for tender and selecting the department's supplier;

Draws up plans and specifications and manages service contracts (e.g. : lawn cutting, uniforms, carts, etc.). )

Develops and revises departmental policies and procedures, and ensures team compliance;

Ensures that the maintenance department's service offering is of high quality, both for visitors and other internal departments (internal customers). Develops measurement tools, assessing the level of customer satisfaction, and makes adjustments where necessary;
