Education and Professional Credentials:

A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, information technology, or a related discipline is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Project management certification is required (for example PMP®, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).

Certification or practical experience in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an asset.

10 or more years of progressive experience in project management with demonstrated proficiency across the full project lifecycle.

Proven ability to lead the delivery of complex business and technology solutions (e.g., business applications, infrastructure) from concept through implementation and operational transition.

Experience in successfully managing projects in a remote and hybrid team environment, with cross-functional teams that include business, IT, and vendor resources.

Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies in enterprise environments.

Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including engagement, oversight, and performance evaluation of third-party service providers.

Proven leadership in building and guiding high-performing project teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and trust.

Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and managing competing priorities.

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and external partners.

Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal business leaders, external partners, and vendors to support project success and alignment.

Solid knowledge of project management principles, frameworks, and tools, including risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power BI is considered an asset.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex issues.
