Job Description: Description Responsibilities:
- Maintain master documents, ensuring accuracy of the data, communicating to internal teams
- Supports brand by preparing, updating, maintaining all retailer specific forms
- Partner with Planners to manage field communication regarding launch/basic orders
- Partner with Marketing to process, track, communicate and update all respective teams for all non-sellable items
- Coordinates allocation based on mix of business
- A key contact for the field team
- Support new store launch as necessary; set up New Account Openings and closings
- Ad hoc reporting needs and analysis.
Qualifications
- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma required
- 3-5 Years previous office experience required (in a similar capacity). Experience in one of the following areas within retail: sales, account management, merchandise buying or merchandise planning.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize workload.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Project Management Skills, Innovative skills \& Analytical Skills with strong attention to detail
- Candidate must be a service-oriented individual
- Ability to multi-task/ adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Bilingual in French \& English is an asset.
