What you will do Key Responsibilities

Maintain equipment and lab in good order in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices

Handle disposition of chemical waste according to government regulations
-
Ensure integrity of laboratory glassware
-
Prepare various solutions for use in analytical testing
-
Assist with analytical and physical testing of solid dose products
-
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all work performed
-
Miscellaneous tasks as required by project owners
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
-
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
-
Eligible to complete an 8-month co-op term at our Kenvue, Guelph manufacturing location
-
Must have completed at least 1 analytical or bio-chemistry related course and be comfortable working in a laboratory environment

Ability to work during the duration of the assignment. The program will be active from Monday-Friday from September 2025 to April 2026

Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills

Proven ability to work independently without continuous feedback
Desired Qualifications

Preferred majors: Sciences - Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Biology or Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering

Someone who takes initiative, has a high level of attention to detail, and knows when to seek assistance will be successful in this role

Previous experience in a laboratory setting would be an asset
