The Senior Director of Program Management will be highly visible role, tasked with implementation GHNW's / Manulife Bermuda's strategic priorities. This entrepreneurial role will operate as a leader, a strategist, and a consultant. The Senior Director will roll up their sleeves and collaborate closely with global teams to drive sales and implement critical business initiatives. A successful candidate must be able to champion change within the organization, develop business intelligence capabilities / drive the data driven decision making, and delivery on cross functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Champion change management initiatives and engage collaborators to ensure buy-in and successful execution of strategic projects
- Establish and maintain a program management framework to support the oversight and execution of global business initiatives
- Own and manage the successful planning, solutioning and execution of key initiatives, as well as complete ad-hoc projects, requests, and analysis
- Develop data strategies, governance and reporting to provide greater transparency, accountability, and drive data driven decision making
- Drive the integration of AI capabilities to enhance the way we do business
- Partner across business lines, geographies and value streams to ensure strategic objectives achieve intended outcomes
- Work within a complex organization, adapt, and innovate to support the dynamic needs of the business
- Act as a change agent and leverage new concepts (e.g. Human Centered Design) to embrace new ways of working and move the business forward
- Effectively communicate to motivate, empower and align people and teams across the organization
- Build beneficial networks to achieve collective business goals
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies

Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other postgraduate degree preferred

Superior problem-solving skills - Ability to take on complex challenges, design and communicate concrete action plans to address and overcome these challenges, and implement solutions

Advance data analytics, data visualization and data management experience - Have managed data organizations and developed actionable business insights and data driven decision capabilities. Experience developing dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce

Excellent project delivery/change management skills - Ability to lead, organize and prioritize one-to-many streams of work simultaneously. Have demonstrated success implementing multi-faceted plans that span multiple working teams / divisions

Salary range is expected to be between
$105,750.00 CAD - $190,350.00 CAD
