Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in store operations (purchasing, inventory, cashiering, cost management, etc.) and replace him/her as needed.
Ensure outstanding customer service by staff.
Advise and serve customers.
Participate in personnel management (hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, work schedules).
Collaborate in purchasing, inventory management and store equipment.
Ensure staff compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene and sanitation standards set by Première Moisson.

Requirements:

General knowledge of retail food store or restaurant operations (minimum 2 years' experience in these fields an asset)
Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service and human resources management
French spoken and written - Mandatory
Spoken English is an asset
Organized, dynamic leader, focused on customer satisfaction, results and teamwork
Autonomy
Respect for standards and rules
Punctual
