Responsibilities of the Investment Banking Analyst/Associate is as follows but not limited to: Support and lead execution of complex M\&A, divestiture, and capital advisory engagements across North American markets. Provide oversight on financial modeling, market research, valuation analysis, and strategic assessments. Direct the creation of client deliverables including marketing materials, presentations, and formal opinions.
Coordinate and manage due diligence efforts across internal teams and external advisors. Build and maintain strong professional relationships across key business networks. Contribute to business development through strategic initiatives, content development, and targeted outreach.
Mentor and manage junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market channels. TMGNY Job Requirements: 2--4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, with direct exposure to M\&A transactions.
Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced credentials (e.g., MBA, CFA, CPA) are considered an asset. Experience in sectors such as technology, consumer, or business services is an advantage. Proven ability to thrive in high-performance, fast-paced environments with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and a consistent record of delivering results. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within lean deal teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint French proficiency is a plus. Apply
