Perform thorough data analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement in research workflows and processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Actively contribute to developing and refining research methodologies to ensure rigor and relevance.

Foster strong collaboration and partnerships with internal teams such as Stewardship, Data and Oversight, and Mackenzie's investment teams, as well as external industry experts and partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in asset management or capital markets

In-depth expertise in sustainable investing and capital markets.

Strong proficiency in climate and sustainability topics, coupled with the agility to quickly master complex subject areas.

Exceptional analytical skills, adept in data visualization and enthusiastic about adopting AI-driven tools and processes.

Proficiency in sustainability-focused platforms (MSCI, Sustainalytics, Bloomberg).

Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Office Suite and excellent presentation skills.
