Job Description:

Ensure that all Operational Calls/Email - both Inbound and outbound are responded to and processed according to Paladin Security Policy and Procedure.
Monitor and generate reports for OSL (Open Shift Lists) and maintain the hourly reports to internal management group.
Support and assist Field Staff's inquiries such as book off in the system, schedule updates, shift change/giveaway and general inquiries.
Responsible for directing incoming calls or escalating them to respective supervisors/managers if required.
Perform various administrative duties on a routine basis, such as Open Shift Tags, Field Staff Check Ins, daily update reports and auditing inbound/outbound emails.
Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisors.

Requirements:

Security experience an considered an asset but not a requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
