Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete data entry tickets through our internal system.
- Conduct vehicle lien checks and save vehicle history reports to designated folders.
- Post journal entries for inventory value and GST
- Retrieve stock numbers, input customer data, and save bills of sale accurately.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entries and documentation.
- Follow established posting procedures and maintain compliance with internal timelines.
Qualifications \& Skills:

Strong attention to detail -- Precision in data entry is essential to avoid downstream issues in accounting or inventory.

Basic computer proficiency -- Comfortable using Dealer Management Systems (DMS), spreadsheets, and internal tools.

Fast and accurate data entry -- Able to manage a high volume of information without sacrificing quality.
